Celebrating the 4th in Rural America

4-firetruckMany of our post members join other veterans in Caldwell, NC, for their July 4th Parade. This is truly small town America at its best.

There are old time cars, a vintage plane flyover, manure spreaders, horses, patriotic floats, kids on colorful bikes, and much more. It is Caldwell’s annual salute to veterans and those who are serving today around the world. Why not get on the road and experience what makes North Carolina different.

The Chapel Hill Veterans of Foreign Wars has been participating in this parade for almost ten years. For details and start time, visit their website. Click here
